Little Alien Friend

My youngins came running into my room screaming, "Mommy, Mommy, a Praying Mantis! A Praying Mantis!" I'd never seen one this late in the season, so I didn't think they'd actually seen one. Much to my surprise, there was one on the front porch railing.


It was a very photogenic little critter and to give you an idea of it's size, I let it climb on my hand. EEEEWWW!
