After a fun filled week at Vacation Bible School, we decided to take Daddy on a day trip down to Rodanthe Beach at the Outer Banks yesterday to unwind a bit. We had a fabulous lunch at the PIT then it was off for some fun and sun in the sand! Danny took the kids for a ride on the surf boards and he was delighted that they enjoyed every second! When Colin wasn't riding the waves with Daddy, he was exploring the surf for little sand critters and Cassie enjoyed collecting shells. Even though the waves were small, they were perfect for Cameron to practice getting up on Danny's surf board.
