Sunday was the annual Byrd family reunion (hubby's side) at the Bronco Club! As usual we had great weather, great food and great fellowship! The Byrd family has been gathering since the 50's. While most reunions dissolve over time, ours has managed to grow with approximately 84 in attendance this year! There are so many new additions and more on the way, that we hope to keep this family tradition going strong for many generations to come! Although, we lost 2 matriarch's of the family this past year, I think they were looking down with a smile to see all of us gathered together! There were members from all over the U.S. in attendance and we were delighted to see each one. Danny was especially excited to sit with several family members to gather information to add to our genealogy records!
